8. Shipping & Delivery

9. Inspection of Goods

Customers are requested to inspect all products immediately upon delivery.

If any product is found to be damaged, defective, or incorrect, the issue must be reported to Medicare Packagings within 48 hours of receiving the shipment, along with supporting photographs.

Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

10. Refund & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Orders for customised or printed packaging products cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
